Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please ensure all order and shipping details are correct at the time of purchase, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Shipping Methods
Kiki ships worldwide from New York.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS.
International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS Worldwide Express.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel pick-up locations.
Shipping Rates
We offer Complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. & Canada orders.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
International shipping is offered at a flat rate by region, displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines vary by destination and are provided at checkout. All delivery windows are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or customs clearance once an order has left our warehouse.
Duties and Taxes
Kiki does not collect or prepay duties and taxes for international orders at this time. Any applicable charges must be paid by the customer prior to delivery.
Tracking and Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
For added protection, Route Purchase Protection is available at checkout and provides coverage for eligible delivery issues, including loss, theft, or damage in transit.
If Route Purchase Protection is not selected, Kiki is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged once a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
