Return Eligibility
All items purchased in the U.S. are eligible for return if they are:
• Requested for return within 14 days of delivery
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email hello@shop-kiki.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return authorization instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Kiki is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Restocking Fee
We charge a $15 restocking fee for returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, Kiki does not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
