Our Purpose
We believe luxury should feel personal, considered, and full of life. Kiki creates sculptural handbags that bring together expressive design, enduring craftsmanship, and a more conscious approach to luxury. We believe beautiful things can be made with intention — choosing quality over excess, embracing materials with a history, and creating pieces designed to be worn, loved, and lived with. Ultimately, we create with the belief that what you carry should bring something meaningful to your everyday.
Our Materials
We work with dead stock and overstock luxury leather, giving existing materials a second life. These high-quality leathers are left unused within the luxury fashion supply chain, and by working with existing materials, we aim to minimize our impact while creating and consuming more consciously. We value leather for the way it evolves, developing character and becoming uniquely yours. Each hide is a by-product of the food industry, sourced from trusted European tanneries certified by the LWG.
Our Designs
Every silhouette begins with a sketch and a story. Inspired by everyday delights, our debut capsule of bags explores proportion in playful ways. From organic folds to artful details, Kiki bags balance whimsy with sophisticated form. Each design feels sculptural yet timeless. Made to move with you from day to night, crafted with forever in mind.
Our Promise
We give existing materials a second life. Each Kiki is handcrafted by artisans who devote hours to every detail. We produce in small batches and intentionally work with dead stock and overstock leather. Guided by these principles, we create handbags that honor the craft, are made to last, and spark a sense of joy in the everyday.

SUPPLY CHAIN
We keep our supply chain intentional. Our handbags are made in small batches in partnership with a carefully selected factory, where skilled artisans work in a thoughtful, responsible setting that values craftsmanship and precision. We work with trusted European tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group and intentionally source dead stock and overstock leather. We choose chrome-tanned leather so each Kiki retains its rich color and supple strength for years to come.
PACKAGING
We believe packaging should protect your Kiki without unnecessary excess. Each bag arrives in recyclable cardboard packaging with kraft paper tape and lining. Instead of a traditional presentation box and dust bag, we use a reusable cotton canvas tote, designed to be used long after your Kiki arrives.

Hi, I'm Kunal. The spirit behind Kiki.
After more than 20 years in the fashion industry, working for some of the world’s leading brands, I set out to create something more personal — something rooted in meaning, craftsmanship, and a different way of thinking about luxury.
“Kiki” began as a playful nickname, evolved into an idea, and became something tangible. Today, it reflects a point of view shaped by experience and guided by purpose: that beautiful materials can have a second life, and a more conscious approach to luxury is possible.
Our first collection is crafted in small batches from dead stock and overstock luxury leather, brought to life by skilled artisans in Spain. Every detail is considered, from the material itself to the way each piece is made.
I believe beautiful design should spark joy, quality shouldn’t be exclusive, and fashion doesn’t need to be fast. Kiki is my way of putting those beliefs into practice.
